Earl Grey Tea-Infused Gin

  • 1 bottle (750ml) of gin
  • 3-4 bags of Earl Grey tea
  • 1/4 cup of sugar (optional)
  • Lemon peel for garnish

  1. Pour the gin into a large, clean jar or container.
  2. Add the Earl Grey tea bags to the gin, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  3. Seal the jar or container and let it sit at room temperature for 3-4 hours, or longer for a stronger tea flavor. You can also infuse it in the refrigerator overnight for a more intense flavor.
  4. Remove the tea bags and taste the infused gin. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  5. Strain the infused gin through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any tea particles.
  6. Pour the infused gin into a clean bottle or container for storage.
  7. Serve over ice, garnished with a twist of lemon peel.

This Earl Grey Tea-infused Gin is great on its own or used as a base for cocktails. Enjoy!
